Well, well Zinzino finally bought a new home page. The old one had one of the worst designs ever. But since they now have a answer section to what I presume are frequently asked questions, I will give you answers from another perspective.

PARTNER QUESTIONS

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME TO BECOME A ZINZINO PARTNER?

Everyone is welcome as partners in Zinzino. Zinzino offers business opportunities for different people with different lifestyles regardless of what stage of life you are in. As an independent partner in Zinzino flexibility is central and you choose your working hours and how much you work. Zinzino provides the tools and conditions for you as partner to achieve your goals.

So EVERYONE is welcome? How are you going to ensure quality of the sales people if everyone is welcome? Think about that. And how exclusive is it join Zinzino if EVERYONE is welcome to join? That is about 300 million Americans and about 30 million Europeans at the moment. And the offer is to sell overpriced coffee? And Balance Oil that is open for competition? Great offer!

HOW DO I BECOME A ZINZINO PARTNER?

If you already know someone who is partner in Zinzino, this person can help you to register your partnership. This person will then become your so-called “sponsor”. If you do not know a Zinzino Partner, you are welcome to contact Zinzino’s customer service or support, we will help you to find a sponsor and get started.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Once you are registered as a partner, you can login to your online pages where you will find the most important information and tools. Your sponsor will help you to get started with your business.

OK.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT ZINZINO IS NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME?

In a legitimate network company you have the opportunity to make money and grow in a professional and personal level. In a company engaged in pyramid schemes, you will almost certainly lose the money that you invest. Here are some points that can help you determine what is the difference between a network company and a pyramid scheme:

First of all, why do all MLM companies talk about allegations of them being a pyramid scheme? Is it really because people are stupid and like to spread false rumors of MLM companies? Very strange.

• If there is a risk to lose money when you invest in the company, you should think again before you join. Most direct-selling companies do not require big fees to join, and this is true even for Zinzino. As a Zinzino Partner, you choose yourself what products and how much you want to invest in for your business in Zinzino.

Well, there is certainly a big risk loosing your money. I have described how expensive the coffee is here:

http://zinzinotruth.com/2013/04/24/the-900-eur-starter-kit-looks-even-worse/

(The price for those machines are now 199 EUR, but the same is true even with ordinary retail prices).

In Zinzino, you do not need to purchase a large stock of goods that you must resell to customers. Your customers simply purchase the products they want through our website www.zinzino.com, and we will send the products directly to the customers.

But you somehow have to pay a lot more than customers for products. Why? It can’t be because the company wants really high margins on a ever growing number of partners, can it? And the customers have to get their products shipped, how is that more convienient that ordering the products yourself from web shops?

European web shops are obligated to deliver to every European country, they are not allowed to discriminate against nationality. So Rombouts will not be able to divide Europe into Zinzino- and non-Zinzino area.

• In a legitimate direct-selling company, your profits are primarily coming from selling products and/or services to consumers. If the majority of the profit of the company comes from other sales, such as recruitment fees, sales of sales support and similar, it is probably a pyramid company. Zinzino has a strong customer focus and regularly launches new products for our customers. Furthermore, we have our concept Zinzino4Free, giving all our customers the opportunity to get products for free.

About 40 % of sales comes from partners own purchases, that is pretty close to “primarily” isn’t it? And you get 100 credits for recruiting a partner and 10 for a customer, would you refuse someone to be a partner? Of course not. EVERYONE is welcome, remember? The scheme is pretty smart how it is built though, the people behind have learned to tweak the system to fit the regulators demands through many years.

• We at Zinzino are very proud of our products and it is important that you as a partner also believe in our products and think that they are worth their price. Our products are the core of the company. However, in a pyramid company, the aim is rather to enlist participants, not to sell a product, which means that the products often are of very low quality (in some cases there is not even a product).

Do you think the coffee machines are worth their price? The cheapest range from 56 EUR to 120 EUR. Zinzino charges 269 EUR to customers and 499 EUR to partners in the start package.

No the products do not need to be of low quality. In order for a product to be a money transfer vecihle it just need to be expensive. If the products are of some quality it is just easier to perpetuate the scheme, clever huh?

Zinzino is also a member of the direct-selling associations in the countries where we are active, which is a seal of quality for us as a company. The main tasks for the direct-selling associations are to protect consumers, to foster fair commerce, and to promote a positive reputation both for direct-sales as a distribution form and for its practitioners. These associations also work to ensure that the industry’s code of ethics is well-understood and followed, and that salespersons and distributors are well trained in these. As a member, we and our partners agreed to follow these ethical rules.

Well the Direct Selling Association may be a seal of quality for Zinzino-people, but what seal of quality is it objectively? This is the Business code:

http://dsa.org.uk/assets/resources/Business_Code_Plain.pdf

Very vague and up for interpretations. For example: ” RECRUITMENT 2.1 Members and direct sellers shall not use misleading, deceptive or unfair recruiting methods.”

I find the income claims VERY misleading for example. Claims on 5000 EUR/month salaries as a sure deal exists. But what do YOU know about this Direct Selling Association? And whose interest does it serve? The member companies. Rely on your own brain instead.
